About
In the spring of 2014, the Souris Basin Planning Council selected SRF Consulting Group, Inc. and HDR Inc. to produce a joint land use study for Minot Air Force Base (AFB). The project's study area focused on eight counties, specifically the 8,500 square mile area covered by the Minot AFB missile complex. The purpose of this study was to identify incompatibilities between military installations and civilian actives and propose recommendations that result in a balanced relationship between private sector development and military installation integrity.
